I know there are training warriors out there and I am out to find them.  ARE YOU ONE OF THEM?

 

A training warrior is someone passionate about their training lifestyle, whether it is Yoga, Powerlifting, Running, Bodybuilding, Athletic Training or a combination of disciplines.

As a movement warrior you've had your share of experience and success in your training, but you might get bored or curious once in a while.

It hasn't been the easiest of times to stay focused and motivated with the changes we are all experiencing at a collective level. Not only that, there are even some days that it is confusing to know who you are and what you stand for. I've personally had my share of injuries, self doubt and pain during this pandemic.

WHAT IS MACE TRAINING?

MACE TRAINING is a training discipline inspired by ancient warrior training practices. "The Mace" is an adaptation of a sledgehammer to create a training tool believed to be incredibly efficient in developing core and rotational strength.
